How does shipping work?
We offer free shipping with a minimum order of $99 (before tax). All other orders qualify for our $9.99 flat rate shipping. All orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
What is your return policy?
Due to the deeply discounted nature of our store (and to keep prices low), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, nor do we offer credits or refunds, so please be certain of your purchase prior to ordering.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time we only ship within Canada.
